Immersive Tasting Experience offers a comprehensive insight into philosophy behind the Rossi’s approach to winemaking. It includes an introduction to the Rossi Family Winery & Distillery, a tour through the winery’s outdoor and indoor spaces, and a detailed tour through the wine cellar and distillery, explaining the phases and intricacies of their award-winning production process.
Tastings will be accompanied by traditional Istrian cold plate with homemade products.
The program is exclusive and limited to max eight persons. The tour and the tastings will be personally guided by a winemaker of the fifth generation of the Rossi family vintners.

Excursions are in Italian or English. Excursions with a translator can be organized only by prior arrangement during regular working hours.
Prices include VAT. Prices are for adults. Price for juniors aged 17 or younger who do not participate in tastings: 10 €, and free for children 6 and younger. Payment is made after the end of the program.

Traditional Istrian cold salary with local products contains meat, milk (in cheese) and gluten (in bread). Nuts and peanuts are not on the plate.
